ZAPGroup ARCHITECTS Sdn Bhd is comissioned by Massa PMC Sdn Bhd to project manage the architectural planning, design, documentation and supervison of the construction works of the project which is undertaken by a Turnkey Contractor. The new Kluang Prison can accommodate 2000 inmates and is like a self-contained community development, complete with officers’ quarters, a public mosque, sport facilities and visitors centre.
