Nora graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne Australia with Bachelor of Architecture in 1996. With her return to Malaysia in early 1997, she joined Klaf Architects and has been with the practice for over 9 years. While at Klaf she was given the opportunity to engage in the full range of architectural practice responsibilities. Her involvement in the public housing programme by DBKL for the relocation of squatters in Kampung Abdullah Hukum has received considerable publicity for its excellent execution. She then joined Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia in January 2007 as an executive and her role included matters with regards on professional practices and conduct.
